Let’s Talk – Kōrero Mai is a Gore District Council initiative to drive community engagement and involvement and help to shape the future of the Gore District.
The district of Gore is undergoing many exciting changes throughout the community. With initiatives and projects that have been driven by the council along with direct community feedback to revitalise things like the Gore Library, community spaces and road safety.
The brief
Our brief was to design a logo and build a simple brand for GDC’s new ser friendly online community engagement HQ. The hand-drawn illustration by Rosemary Hinchliffe symbolises the striking Gore landscape and the iconic Hokonui Hills.
We created a simple roll up banner used at community events and meetings to encourage the community to have their say and promote engagement with the council any time online.
