ACADS – are the Ashburton Community Alcohol and Drug Service working together with the local police and council in Mid Canterbury to support the community in reducing the harm caused by alcohol and drugs.

ACADS was created in 1988 by a group of local residents who saw the need for a dedicated alcohol and drug service in Mid Canterbury. They work to support young people and adults in the community, who are concerned about their alcohol or other drug use, or that of someone they know.

They care deeply about the community and the people who live in it; it is the driving force behind everything they do. All of their services are confidential and free of charge.

Crispin Design, Priority Communications and Hazel Redmond Photography worked with ACADS team as part of a branding portfolio project to develop and design their logo, as well as a range of printed marketing collateral and handled the design for their new website.
