Carolyn Cameron Ashburton Council Election Campaign

Marketing collateral for Ashburton District Ward Councillor, Carolyn Cameron for the 2019 and 2022 election campaign.

The Crispin Design Team created a brand mark logo, bright flyers and striking designs for signage that went up throughout Ashburton town during the campaign.

A brand mark is a distinctive graphic based logo or icon that represents a brand, its values and unique characteristics. Unlike a typical logo, a brand mark is usually a shape or image whereas a logo is made up of a variety of elements such as typography and illustrations.

The original flyers were designed on a vivid palette of orange as the backdrop to match the signage. It was hard to miss the bright signs and flyers during the campaign and were well received as Carolyn was successfully elected as ward councillor in 2019, where she continues to support the district today and now running again for Council in 2022.

Election campaign design requires simple, bold and memorable design elements. The vibrant orange colour palette and brand mark logo delivered a clear message for Carolyn’s campaign with professionalism and trust.
